    At Custom Mylar Bags, we want our customers to feel confident when placing an order with us. Because we offer custom printed mylar pouches, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, reprints, and cancellations work.

    Return Timeframe

    We offer a 5 business day window for returns. This means customers must contact us within 5 business days of receiving their order if they believe there is an issue.

    To be eligible for a return request:

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
    • All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be included
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

    Requests made after 5 business days will not be accepted.

    How to Request a Return?

    To start a return request, customers must contact our support team at: support@custommylarbags.us.

    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will tell you how the job will be handled moving forward.

    Please note:

    • You can discard the received items if your return is approved by us.
    • We will communicate the further steps with you on how we’ll process everything.

    Eligibility Rules and Conditions

    To maintain quality standards and fairness, Custom Mylar Bags only accepts returns in specific situations.

    Returns may be approved if:

    • The product received is defective or incorrect
    • The material used does not match what was approved in the final design
    • The issue is reported within 5 business days of delivery
    • Clear photos are provided to show the defect or mismatch

    Returns are not accepted if:

    • The packaging was fully customized or designed from scratch by the client
    • The issue is based on personal preference after approval
    • The claim is submitted late or without proper proof

    If packaging arrives damaged due to shipping:

    • The shipment must be refused at delivery
    • Photo proof of the damage must be provided immediately

    Small differences in color or size may happen due to printing methods and screen settings such as CMYK and RGB. These differences are normal and are not considered defects.

    Company Responsibility Errors

    If Custom Mylar Bags confirms that an error occurred during production or material selection, we will take full responsibility.

    In such cases:

    • The affected quantity will be reprinted or replaced at no cost
    • Customers must submit clear digital photos as proof
    • All cases go through an internal quality check before approval

    Once reviewed, the final decision made by Custom Mylar Bags is final and cannot be disputed.

    Client Responsibility Issues

    Problems caused by the client are not eligible for returns or reprints. These include:

    • Incorrect design files submitted by the customer
    • Errors approved during the proofing stage
    • Damage caused after delivery due to poor handling or storage
    • Any alterations made to the product after delivery

    Products damaged under customer care are considered ineligible for return.

    Order Cancellation Policy

    Once the final proof is approved, production begins quickly.

    Cancellation rules are as follows:

    • A 10 to 25 percent service fee applies if the order is canceled after processing but before production
    • Once the order enters the printing stage, cancellations and refunds are not possible

    Return Review and Inspection Process

    For any return or reprint request:

    • Customers must contact us within 5 business days of delivery
    • The issue must be explained clearly with order details and photos
    • Approved cases receive a Reprint Confirmation Email from our end

    Reprint and Redelivery Decisions

    Reprints or replacements are approved only when there is a verified difference between:

    • The final approved proof or sample
    • The actual delivered product

    Each claim goes through an internal review that may take up to 5 business days. After this review, Custom Mylar Bags’ decision is final.
